MyBuddy is technology-driven platform that enables individuals and professionals to get important offline, location-specific tasks completed efficiently and reliably when they cannot be physically present. Our platform connects users with a verified network of educated and trustworthy “buddies” who specialize in handling tasks such as document filing, certificate collection, property verification with real-time photo and video evidence, status checks of offline applications, and ITR filing services for working professionals.

Designed for convenience and affordability, MyBuddy offers services typically priced between ₹250 to ₹400 per task, with options for extended services at minimal extra cost. Unlike traditional courier services that only collect documents on fixed schedules, our buddies are equipped to file applications, wait for hours if necessary, collect documents, and dispatch them through preferred courier channels.

The platform ensures that every task is matched with the right buddy based on location and expertise, guaranteeing timely and professional execution. This eliminates the need for users to rely on unskilled individuals or distant relatives, saving them time, effort, and costs.

Initially focused on major metro cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Bangalore, MyBuddy aims to expand systematically into Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, followed by rural regions across India. Our long-term goal is to provide scalable, reliable, and on-demand offline support services for over 10 crore Indians who regularly face location-based service challenges. MyBuddy combines technology with personal service to deliver a seamless and professional experience, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and trust.

Service Delivery Timelines

Our service completion and delivery timelines are shared at booking for full transparency.

  • Services are generally completed within 1 hour from the service start time. Timelines are notified during booking.
  • After a service is booked, the timeline may change or be rescheduled based on your availability to receive the service or the buddy’s schedule. Any changes will be communicated mutually.
  • The completion timeline may be extended due to unforeseen reasons arising from local situations.
  • Please reach out to us if there are any delivery timeline delays that have not been mutually communicated and agreed upon with you.
  • For shipping photos or documents, delivery depends on our partner’s timeline (generally 3–10 working days) and will be notified during booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free cancellation experience.

  • Service refundable before 6 hours from booking.
  • Cancellation possible until agent accepts the service.
  • Refunds credited to bank or UPI within 2–5 working days.
  • Payment failures/processing issues – In case of payment failure but amount deducted, the refund will be initiated automatically.
  • Non-refundable scenarios – Services already completed or in progress are not eligible for refunds.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Terms & Conditions

Important Notice : By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application.

  • The service is non-refundable and will remain incomplete if Buddy is unable to take photos or videos due to location-specific reasons. These include, but are not limited to, the flat, room, or area being closed, the mandatory presence of any other person who is unavailable at that time, the absence of authorized personnel, or an incorrect location.
  • The service is non-refundable and will remain incomplete if the process exceeds the ‘service time limit’ due to location-specific circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, the unavailability of authorized personnel within the time limit, the specified address being closed, or restricted public access to the premises.
  • The service is non-refundable and will remain incomplete if the buddy cannot complete the application due to official reasons (office closed for holidays, mandatory applicant presence, absence of authorized personnel, or incorrect location).
  • The service is non-refundable and will remain incomplete if the process exceeds the ‘service time limit’ due to location-specific issues (unavailability of personnel, address closed, or lack of public access).
